Payment
How can I pay?
We try to make payment as easy as possible for you. You can complete your order securely using the following payment methods:
- iDEAL: via the trusted online payment environment of your bank
- PayPal: with the ease of your PayPal account
- Credit card: with your Visa (including One4All), Mastercard or American Express
- Apple Pay: this option will appear when your order is being placed on an Apple device.
Where can I find my invoice?
- Your invoice will be sent to you digitally. After you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email detailing your order overview. Once your parcel is on its way, we will email you the invoice. If you need to make any changes to your invoice, please don't hesitate to contact us.
- To protect your confidentiality and privacy, there will be no packing slip or invoice included in your package.
Delivery
How can I track the status of my order?
We’re pleased to keep you updated on your order status. You will receive the following updates via email:
- Order Confirmation: You will receive this immediately after your payment is processed. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
- Shipping Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link, allowing you to monitor its status with our carriers.
- Follow-Up: Two weeks after your order has been delivered, we will reach out to gather your feedback, as we love to hear your thoughts on ZUIZ.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
Yes, shipping costs apply to your order. At ZUIZ, we prioritize sustainable and social entrepreneurship, ensuring fair wages for our packaging and shipping team as part of our true pricing commitment. The shipping cost will be displayed after you enter your shipping details at checkout.
How quickly will I receive my order?
You can choose between Slow or Priority Shipping. Depending on your selected option and our carriers' pace, you can expect to receive your order within 1 to 2 weeks in the European Union and up to 3 weeks for destinations outside the European Union.
What is Slow Shipping?
To minimize our carbon footprint, we offer slow shipping as our standard option. Every Saturday (excluding public holidays), all orders from that week are collected and taken to the packaging drop-off point for shipment.
What is Priority Shipping?
If you want to expedite your delivery and prefer not to wait until the next Saturday for ZUIZ to dispatch shipments, you can select Priority Shipping. With this option, we will package and send your order no later than the day after you place it.
Returns
Can I return my ZUIZ design for free?
If you live within the Europian Union we are able to provide you with a free return service. If you live outside the Europian Union you need to arrange for shipment yourself, but you can still return your items.
Can I return my ZUIZ design?
You have 30 days to return your order free of charge* using our return form. Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:
- Baseball caps must have the price tag attached and be unworn and unwashed.
- Items should be returned in an undamaged package, preferably the original shipping box.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge for any damages on used or damaged products.
How can I return my ZUIZ design?
- To return your items, please complete the return form. After submitting your request, we'll email you a return label.
- Print the label and attach it to the box, along with the completed return form. Ensure the items meet our return conditions.
- Check your return instructions for the delivery service to use. You can find nearby drop-off locations on their website.
- If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact us and we are happy to help.
How quickly will I receive my refund after a return?
After we receive your return, we will process your refund via your original payment method. This may take up to 14 days. If you haven't received it by then, please contact us with your order number for assistance.
